Lutheran Church of the Resurrection is a partner with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (www.elca.org) The partnership with the ELCA gives our congregation a national and global reach. With 5 million members, the ELCA is the largest Lutheran denomination in the United States.
With offices in Iowa City, the Southeastern Iowa Synod (www.seiasynod.org) is our local connection to the ELCA. Through the Synod we work together with other ELCA congregations in Southeastern Iowa to provide resources and ministry to a wider community.
