Confirmation:

When youth are ready to begin looking deeper into their faith, we provide an opportunity for growth and community building. During their 6, 7, & 8th grade years adolescents may participate in the confirmation program in order to prepare for their affirmation of baptism (a ceremony in which youth make a public statement of faith). Small groups of about 3-6 kids are matched with an adult guide as they explore life within the body of Christ. The program meets Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm & consists of large group presentations, small group discussion, service & fellowship events. The 2006/07 school year program will explore two of the Marks of Discipleship: Reading the Bible and Relationships. Contact Pastor Kevin with questions about the confirmation program.
